We do not use your content for training AI models.
3. Automated Processing
All audio and text processing is performed automatically by artificial intelligence systems. Your content is processed by OpenAI's Whisper API and AWS Polly services. No human employees or contractors at Blacktail Technology PVT LTD access, view, listen to, or review your uploaded audio files or generated content. The entire service is automated.
4. Data Processing and Storage
Audio files and text you upload are processed immediately and deleted after processing is complete. We do not retain your audio files or transcription content beyond processing time. Usage metadata (timestamps, file sizes, character counts) is retained for billing and analytics purposes according to your subscription plan.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate our platform: (a) OpenAI for speech-to-text transcription; (b) AWS Polly for text-to-speech synthesis; (c) Paddle for payment processing; (d) Supabase for authentication; (e) AWS S3 for temporary file storage. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: (a) AES-256 encryption for data at rest; (b) TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit; (c) Regular security audits; (d) Access controls and authentication; (e) Secure data centers with physical security. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage history is retained according to your plan: 7 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), or unlimited (Business). Audio files and transcriptions are automatically deleted immediately after processing. You can request deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account.
8. Your Rights

Your information may be transferred to and processed in servers located in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
