1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SafeSoft ("Service"), a product of Blacktail Technology PVT LTD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SafeSoft, operated by Blacktail Technology PVT LTD, provides speech-to-text transcription and text-to-speech synthesis services powered by OpenAI and AWS technologies. The Service is fully automated and uses artificial intelligence to convert audio files to text and generate natural-sounding voice from text input. No human intervention is involved in processing your content.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) violate any intellectual property rights; (d) transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (f) use the Service for any illegal purpose.
5. Subscription and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Paddle. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with SafeSoft, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting support@safesoftpro.net. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not renew. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
8. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits for speech-to-text minutes and text-to-speech characters per billing period. Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused allocation does not roll over. If you exceed your limits, you must upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blacktail Technology PVT LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The SafeSoft brand and logo are trademarks of Blacktail Technology PVT LTD. You retain all rights to content you upload or generate through the Service.
10. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. We process and store your data according to our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Audio files are processed by automated AI systems and deleted immediately after processing. We do not use your data to train AI models or involve human review of your content.
11. Automated Processing
All content processing is performed automatically by artificial intelligence systems (OpenAI Whisper and AWS Polly). No human employees or contractors access, view, or listen to your uploaded content or generated audio. The service is entirely automated.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality and other factors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blacktail Technology PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blacktail Technology PVT LTD harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
15. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
